AI Operations & Enablement Portfolio

A behind-the-scenes look at the tools I've built, the training I've led, and the problems I've helped solve in a high-volume healthcare staffing environment.

Recruiters trained on AI tools

Custom AI tools & systems built

Years of hands-on AI ops work

RESULT

Recruiters left with a clear picture of how to use the tool and what habits to build. The materials I created kept circulating long after the session ended.

PROJECT 01

Toro/TalentIQ | From tool tester to team trainer

AI tool testing

Vendor collaboration

Team training

Documentation

THE SITUATION

WHAT I DID

Atlas MedStaff was rolling out Toro by TalentIQ. Before it could be useful, someone needed to learn how it worked, find its limits, and help the team use it well. That ended up being me.

Tested functionality, documented limitations, and provided recruiter-driven feedback to the vendor. Built data capture habits to improve outputs, then led a 45-minute live training for ~60 recruiters with demos, a tip guide, and follow-up coaching.

RESULT

Less time drafting from scratch, more consistent outputs across the team. Prompts spread organically to people who hadn't been directly trained.

PROJECT 02

Prompt library & candidate summary workflows

Prompt engineering

Workflow design

Knowledge management

AI adoption

THE SITUATION

WHAT I DID

Recruiters were spending too much time on candidate summaries and results were inconsistent. AI tools were available but without structure, outputs weren't reliable or repeatable.

Built a reusable prompt library for healthcare recruiting: summaries, job-fit analysis, candidate highlights. Also created documentation standards so better Bullhorn notes would produce better AI outputs.

RESULT

A data-backed case for formalizing work that was already happening informally and proof that I can think strategically, not just execute.

PROJECT 03

Recruiter enablement lead | A strategic proposal

Data analysis

Business case

Presentation design

Stakeholder comms

THE SITUATION

WHAT I DID

Recruiter retention had declined and new hires were taking longer to reach their first placement. The data showed a clear gap. Expectations had risen without a real support system behind them.

Built a full business case from scratch including internal data analysis, industry benchmarking, 90-day success metrics, and a formal pitch deck presented to leadership.

RESULT

Picked up organically by newer recruiters before it was ever formally introduced. Adoption without a push is the best signal that something actually works.

PROJECT 04

First Call Coach | Custom AI tool for recruiters

Custom AI tool

Prompt engineering

Knowledge base design

Peer adoption

THE SITUATION

WHAT I DID

First calls are where new recruiters struggle most. There's a lot to know including specialty questions, certifications, and red flags. Most don't have time to learn it all before they're on the phone.

Designed and built First Call Coach. It's a custom AI tool with a deep specialty knowledge library covering dozens of nursing specialties with context written specifically for recruiters within the company's scope of staffing.
