Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging.

Digital products (downloads/templates): not returnable once delivered, but I’ll help with access or file issues within 7 days.
Return shipping costs

Buyer’s remorse / size change / not as expected: customer pays return shipping.

Damaged/defective/incorrect item: I cover return shipping or send a replacement—message me within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Conditions

Apparel/soft goods: unworn, unwashed, tags attached.

Kits/gift boxes: unopened with all items included.

Custom or clearance items: final sale (no returns unless defective).
How to start a return

Email noordinarypath@gmail.com with order # + reason.

I’ll send a prepaid label if it’s my fault (damaged/defective/incorrect). Otherwise, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 3–7 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Need a different size or variant? Start a return and place a new order; I’ll waive return shipping if the original item arrived damaged/defective.
